MemoryAid
is the perfect solution for those of you that either suffer
from a poor memory or forget tasks due to pressure on time.
MemoryAid
is a reminder system, that sends messages to your pc and/or
your mobile phone reminding you of important tasks you need
to undertake, calls you need to make or letters/emails you
need to send. While you can you use industry standard software,
MemoryAid makes the process that much simpler,
taking away the need to remember yourself. All those scribbled
notes, reliance on other people or getting to know and use
complicated software can be simplified – for just £50 plus
vat.

The
basis of this product is to serve as an “aide memoire” for
all levels of staff to help them remember key tasks and communications.
The program is currently sold as a single user product, i.e.
a copy per machine/user, a Server based version can be built
if the customer requires it - POA.
Within
Microsoft products, options already exist to document tasks,
etc BUT the vast majority of users do not use these
facilities, either because they do not know of their existence
or it involves remembering to input /document a note
to remind the user at a later stage. What most users
want is to be reminded when they want to be reminded!
MemoryAid does this.
MemoryAid
will trigger a need to respond after the user has sent an
email. The user will need to complete a very, very simple
yes/no response. The trigger will be stored and sent at an
appropriate point to an email address/pda/mobile with the
option to send it to more than one person (i.e. secretary,
colleague, remote staff).
The
trigger will be invoked as an email is sent, then a ‘questionnaire’
box will appear asking if there is a "follow-up"
required? If no, then the screen can be cleared – this will
take only a couple of seconds and should not be an inconvenience.
If there is a follow up that needs a reminder, then the options
are an email to you, any colleagues
a
text to a mobile, other mobiles, pdas, blackberries etc.
These
details will be stored until the reminders need to be displayed.
The number and frequency of reminders will be preset or user
definable.
